disappointing service for the price
good locationslow drainbad smell
the location was acceptable with proximity to many restaurants.
the shower drain was slow so i stood in water during my shower. the bathroom also had a bad smell coming from the drain pipe. i expected better service for the price i paid especially concerning luggage assistance.

The shower drain was so slow. I ended up standing in a puddle every time. a staff member came to look, he just left wet sock prints all over! another staff member tried to mop, but didn't really understand the problem. also, there was this awful smell coming from the drainpipe, just unpleasant. my friend had to drag her luggage to the room alone. the staff were all glued to their phones. They didn't offer any help or even open the door.

the rooms were beautiful and spacious the bed was very comfortable breakfast was rich and tasty i will always remember the kindness of the staff i was sick they kept bringing me tea with ginger after checking out they offered me to rest for free a few more hours in another clean room i was accompanied with more tea and a handwritten note invited me to take care of myself and contact them.
the shower room water drained slowly and guests would stand in a small flood i noticed a slight bad smell from the drain pipe

the staff brought our luggage to our room. i found plug sockets in the room which didn't need an adapter. the shower was massive, it was the best i've ever had in any hotel around the world.
the rooftop bar was very good, but we only visited it once..

the staff was attentive, especially thanh duong. he provided local insights. breakfast had many options both local and european. the room was super clean, with a high quality mattress and linens.
the shower room water didn't go down smoothly, so guests stood in a flood. the bathroom had a bad smell from the drain pipe. the bell men were sitting next to the door using their phones. they didn't open the door or greet.
